I know I’ve been gone for almost a month. I’ve been a little bit busy with life (READ: work). Also, I have been trying my very best to stay away from the internet. I haven’t been completely gone but I have been limiting my usage. Anyhow, I know this is long overdue, but here’s the second and last part of my New York City trip with my family.
NEW YORK CITY: PART II
Our visit to New York City was very short because Thanksgiving weekend was the only weekend my whole family had to spend. Most of us are committed to our jobs and spent vacation leaves on something else. This is also one reason why I want to go back to New York City again!
I am not going to blog that much because as I have mentioned countless times before, my memory is a little rusty. I will be sharing several photos of our trip instead. 🙂
Forgive my photos, I am not a professional photographer and the weather was shitty when we visited NYC.
LOTTE NEW YORK PALACE
Home to the van der Woodsen(s) xoxo, Gossip Girl
Please forgive my *awkward* pose, I am not used to this. LOL
ST. PATRICK’S CATHEDRAL
The St. Patrick’s Cathedral is right in front of the Lotte New York Palace. My photos doesn’t do any justice as to how beautiful this Cathedral is.
One of New York’s gems. We weren’t able to get to the other side of Brooklyn Bridge because my mom’s legs couldn’t handle it and it starting raining as well. We weren’t also able to visit the bridge from below because of the rain.
9/11 MEMORIAL & MALL
Seeing this place swells my heart. It literally brought tears to my eyes. We weren’t able to visit the museum as we came in late and the line-up was already long. I promise to visit it next time!
My favorite terminal! And of course it is because of Gossip Girl. LMAO
ROCKEFELLER CENTER & TIMES SQUARE
After the 9/11 visit, we went to have lunch at TGIF and went back to the hotel right after as the weather wasn’t cooperating with us. But when the night came, my brother and I strolled through the Times Square and visited the top of Rockefeller Center. The view was beyond amazing! 😍
